Format — Separate each story with a line containing only ===STORY===. First lines may include:
Title: …   URL: …   optional Keywords: word1, word2 (skips automatic tagging for that story).
AI reader categories (default) uses the same Claude stack as Newscast/Debate on the server: it reads each story and returns 3–5 browse tags (genre, themes, subjects — not random frequent words). Optional guidance below steers tone/audience.
Local scan is a fast offline word-frequency fallback only; use it if the API is down or you want zero AI calls.
